Hello. ocdkid,This sounds like a Hardware problem. In Device Manager are there any yellow caution flags present. Is the burner showing there? If not then turn off the computer and open up the side of the computer. Ground yourself and make sure all of the cables are firmly seated and the cables to the PS are connected properly
